Covid-19 - Our Response
During these difficult times, we are all trying to do our best in serving our customers. We have been providing essential deliveries for key workers and organisations around the country. Our team are constantly monitoring the government guidelines and we shall always put the well-being of our customers and staff first.
The same day courier industry had to adapt to changes due to the coronavirus pandemic, our front line staff can no longer do things that once were normal, for instance our drivers do not now collect cash, deliver inside buildings past reception or mail rooms and conduct removals. Some of the changes are an inconvenience and some are necessary, but all are the new normal.
